Monday Through Saturday 10:00 AM-5:00 PM
If you have run out of heating oil between the hours of 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Saturday, we can make an "Emergency Oil Delivery" minimum delivery of one-hundred (100) gallons at the current cash discounted price, Plus a fee of $30.00
If you also need the oil burner started, there is an additional charge of $25.00
If paying by credit or debit card, the price is $.15 cents more per gallon
Emergency Oil Delivery Monday Through Saturday After 5:00 PM
After 5:00 PM, if you have run out of heating oil, we can dispatch our service technician with ten (10) gallons of heating oil and he will also primed the fuel pump and start your oil burner. The cost is an evening service call plus the cost of the heating oil.

Go to a station that sells "Diesel Fuel", purchase at least ten (10) gallons. You will need an approved container. A.L. Prime Sells Diesel Fuel, Open 24/7, Located at 969 Western Avenue Lynn, MA (Across from General Electric)
When your oil tank runs out of heating oil, your oil line and fuel pump become air bound and must be purged of the air before the oil burner will operate. This is often referred to as Priming or a Start.
Be aware that running out of heating oil can cause the fuel filter, fuel nozzle to become clogged and can cause fuel pump failure.
In Most cases, if you have not repeatedly run out of heating oil, priming the fuel pump is all that is needed. If you cannot prime the fuel pump, you will need a service technician.
